  • WEEK 1 NUTRITION AND HABITS

    Week One you’ll take a deep look at yourself and reflect on where you are today, and where you want to be. You will learn nutrition fundamentals and be able to begin designing a new diet and lifestyle plan.

  • WEEK 02 / DIET EXPLORATION & MEAL PREP TIPS AND TRICKS

    In week two we will dive deeper into diet and behavior modification. How to develop a 30 day meal plan and preparation tips and tricks for your lifestyle.

  • WEEK 03 / New Beginnings

    We put everything together in Week Three. We will complete your new 30 day meal plan and implement the new skills we have learned over the the last 21 days to continue mastering your habit modifications.
